Here’s some feedback about Action Cameras customer support from K Hancox;
Hi, i would like to thank you for your response, and even better the way you have handled the claim, i know that me turning up with the item at your offices was probably unexpected in terms of returning the item, but i was in the area anyway, but the way you handled it, and the quickness in which you have replaced the item has me smiling.
I will definitely be recommending you as a company to my friends and family, and again, can’t thank you enough for your help, it is a breath of fresh air that people do still look after there customers the way you have.
