I recently purchased a camera but found a problem with the cable and had to send the unit back. Action Cameras were able to fix the problem and send everything back to me, as good as new, the next day.

This is excellent customer service and confirms my belief that the company strive to satisfy their customers.

I would happily recommend their price, delivery and service standards to anyone.

Just received the ATC Stephan.
Thanks yet again for providing exceptional after sales service.

I tend to buy most things from the internet as finding shops here that keep stock and are fairly priced is almost impossible.
But it tends to be a dual edged sword, you tend to find things cheaper but loose that after sales service.

In 10 odd years of buying on-line I’ve not found another company that provides such exceptional service.

So thank you very much, it’s greatly appreciated.
